- Students in Grades 6 are supervised during lunch.
- After lunch, students are expected to go outside for a break, unless they are attending intramurals or completing homework.
- There is a fee for lunch supervision services.
Lunch Supervision
The Calgary Board of Education provides students with the option to stay at school for lunch. Lunch Supervision is offered to all students in Grades 1- 6 and in our full-day kindergarten programs for an annual fee. Please visit our Lunch Supervision page for information.
Healthy Hunger
Sir Wilfrid Laurier School will be offering families opportunities to purchase a variety of lunches through Healthy Hunger. Every purchase made helps raise money for our school. To order, you can go to https://healthyhunger.ca/ or click the link on the side of this page, and set up a parent account. You will need to select “Sir Wilfrid Laurier School” and then add each of your children and select their homerooms. Once you have created your account, you will be able to see and order for any of the Healthy Hunger lunches we have booked between now and Winter break.
