School Council Meeting

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are excited to invite you to our upcoming School Council meeting on September 24 from 6 PM to 7 PM, which will be held via TEAMS. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to engage with our school community and contribute to the enhancement of your child’s educational experience.

During the meeting, we will cover the following important points:

  • Learn about and celebrate how the School Council can positively impact student learning.
  • Set the direction for the School Council for the 2024-25 school year.
  • Elect members to the School Council. Elected members play a crucial role in shaping the quality of education that your child receives.

Your involvement is essential, and we encourage all parents to participate. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in our school community.

Parking Lot Safety

Just a reminder parents – please do not park on the crosswalk between our school and Holy Family School.  We have already had some near misses with students and cars.

Also, if you are parking in the Staff parking lot to drop off or pick up students, please park in the spots adjacent to the lane.  The other spots are reserved for staff.

Sir Wilfrid Laurier is Scent-Free

This is just a reminder that Sir Wilfrid Laurier School is Scent-Free.  Please make sure your children do not bring colognes, perfumes, body or scented hair sprays or mists to school.
